Tell Your Congressional Rep. to Vote for HR 5036 "The Emergency Election Assistance for Secure Elections Act"

Americans need to be able to trust the counting of the vote on Election Day.  Paperless electronic voting is rife with computer mistakes and security problems. Only 17 states have a voter verified paper record and require an audit. With no paper record it is impossible to audit the vote and we cannot be sure the vote was counted accurately. Peace voters can only have an impact if we are sure our votes are counted as they are cast.

On Tuesday, April 15, the U.S. House of Representatives will vote on a bill that will help ensure election integrity in time for the November 2008 by providing funds to states for voter-verified paper records and audits of the vote on Election Day.

Horrific abuses, some similar to those revealed in Iraq, regularly occur in U.S. prisons with little national attention or public outrage.
We see many of the same kinds of things here in the United States, including molestive assualts and the abuse of prisoners.
Prisoners have been molested, abused by guards and humiliated but we don't talk about it much in America and we certainly don't hear the president expressing outrage.
There are deadly inadequacies' in healthcare that plague inmate wards. Gaps in evaluating care let some mistakes go unnoticed. Some come out of the state's 105 prisons sicker than they went in. Too frequently, they take strains of drug-resistant HIV into what inmates call the free world. Others are neglected or simply "left to die." Most of the information regarding prison health care is kept secret by legislative enactment.
Texas prison inmates live in fear. The more vulnerable inmates are molested, beaten, owned, and sold by more powerful ones. Despite their pleas to prison officials, they are often refused protection.
Correctional officers continue to rely on the physical control of excessive force to enforce order.
Many inmates are locked away in administrative segregation, especially those with mental illnesses,and subjected to extreme deprivations and daily psychological harm.
Texans Against Prison Abuse was established in order to provide Texas Prisoners, the Families of Texas Prisoners and Texas Prisoners Advocates with a much needed Socio-Political forum from which to promote established principles of Social Justice, consistent with Human Rights.

I was thinking the other day if I could name the three best advocates I've known---

I could not come up with the other two who are in your category.

 

Yes! you are the exception not only with your work with this Treaty, but, many other organizations of which there are many. Your placing the NDP together with this Treaty was  a milestone for us. .

 

Thanks for all you do and we know their will be many more---though not surprising to us. We look forward to hearing from you and your next forays into the development and support of those project which will continue supporting our concerned friends and those we will get to know in the future. `

 

Our two Bills here in Florida a one more agenda away from being adopted. The Government Affairs committee held it up last year and it sets idly there again. We are on a letter writing campaign and it seems that next week we will be on the legislative agenda. Many other great things going on here in Florida which we are working on. Budgets cut by 14% --our State Medicare/Medipass will not include --eyes--ears--dental --what are our children going to do? not less the adults?  I sent a letter to the Chair of Human Health committee and which stated my feelings.   Suffer ye must little children ---for they know not what they do.  Sent a picture of the 3 monkey's and used them as have no ears--have no eyes and have no teeth.---instead of Hear no evil--Speak and See-----my fellow advocates thought it was a great message. We'll see!

over Hud Toxic mold and Landlords. I want to inform you that the
infomation that they provided you wasn't the same infomation that
they gave my son and others and myself when  we called them.

they told us that I was none Compliant with some instruction that they
never gave me? that wasn't true how can you serve someone with something
when you put
them on the streets over Toxic Mold & more?

When we asked HUD workers, what could be done to get the voucher back they said
there
was nothing,

where is justice and not Just----us? I hope that you can fine it in your heart
to seek justice in this case it's very long. I had to leave Florida
seeking some type of justice and it got worse thanks to Florida HUD.

I'm homeless and lost everything car and all over Toxic Mold I'm disable
seeking safe medical help.

The Georgia hospital tested meds on the people I was one of them.

Note: Most of you are familiar with the famous saying or the famous quotation �Information is Power� or �Knowledge is power�. Those sayings are actually only partially true or partially correct. A more accurate quotation of that same phrase would be �The activation of the right kind of knowledge or the activation of the right kind of information is power.� This more accurate saying can be compared to the famous words in the heading of one of Spike Lee�s famous movies entitled �Do the right thing� (how many are familiar?). That particular heading is suggesting and advising you to perform a knowledgeable action, not just any old action, but the right knowledgeable action. The words are briefly precise and to the point, Do the right thing, the words do not say �do something�, or �do anything�, or �do the wrong thing�. The words are direct and to the point, DO THE RIGHT THING. I don�t think that we know of anyone including ourselves who wakes up in the morning and sets out to do the wrong thing. Hopefully we all wake up with the hopes of doing the right thing. That brings me back to the previous quotation �The activation of the right kind of information or the activation of the right kind of knowledge is power.�

 

Now all of that brings us to why we are here. I will be sharing with you some information in which if you can either choose to activate it or choose leave it alone and do nothing. This is not a multi-level marketing seminar, this is not an Amway Convention Invitation. I am not trying to sell you a $5000 vacuum cleaner which peels apples and files your toe nails at the same time. I am just merely sharing some information with you.

 

Now, the following information in which I am about to share with you, you may want to look at it as a history briefing. In other words, a brief look at history. And I hope everyone in here is somewhat interested in and/or fascinated by some sort of history as we all are a part of history in some shape, form or fashion as it pertains to our daily existence. O.K? So, some of you will most likely know something about this information and some of you probably won�t. So just bear with me and sort of let me get through the material.

The International Bankers who run the Federal Reserve are Internationally known for seeking and finding Nations to control and monopolize on. Their lust is for POWER and CONTROL. They previously attempted to successfully control the United States before (by setting up a Central Bank) but was detected and thwarted off of successfully doing so. Every since that time, they waited and schemed for the opportune moment and right time to fulfil their wishes and complete their long-awaited desires. How could they do successfully do something like this (you might ask)? One sure way is by sending huge amounts of money to the union states to buy votes and to pay off high ranking Politicians and officials in order to control the legislatures. In 1912, the International Bankers who run the Federal Reserve re-started their attempt to get a stranglehold on the banking money system of the American People. Large amounts of money were continuously spent by this ruthless International Cartel to vigorously re-attempt this much desired goal of successfully Bankrupting the United States. 

 

On December 23, 1913-The U.S. Congress, late at night with only a small cadre of supporters present, passed the Federal Reserve Act, surrendering the creation and management of the nation�s currency into the hands of a cartel of a private group of mostly foreign bankers. This late night act was done only two (2) days before Christmas when most of the Congressional members were out on Holiday recess.

 

After that particular Federal Act was passed, It only took 20 years to bankrupt the nation and the people of The United States. In the year 1933, the United States went into a public debt insolvency � better known as Bankruptcy. On May 23, 1933, U.S. Congressman Louis T. McFadden brought formal charges against the board of governors of the Federal Reserve banking System, The Comptroller of the currency and the Secretary of the United States for acts of Conspiracy, Fraud, Unlawful Conversion, and Treason along with articles of impeachment being referred to the judiciary committee.

 

So, all of that was said in order to say this:

The reason that people are in so much financial trouble today is because, the federal Reserve note (A.K.A the U.S. Dollar) is �asset currency� and it is based on HUMAN DEBT and HUMAN OBLIGATIONS. It was skillfully designed that way. This is how you successfully bring any nation to it�s knees, you control their money supply. FRN�s are NOT Money, they are a debt obligation of the now bankrupt UNITED STATES Corporation. FRN�s are an inflatible paper system designed to create debt through the devaluing of currency. The process of Devaluing of currency is better known as what we call inflation. And whether people know it or not, inflation is already in this nation. So this federal Reserve did exactly what it had set out to do, put a monetary death hold monopoly on the American People. Whenever there is an increase of the supply of a money substitute in the economy without a corresponding increase in the gold and silver backing, inflation occurs. So make no mistake about it, all of this inflation and massive debt was carefully and strategically planned for the citizens of the U.S. atleast 100 years ago. The foreclosures on homes and the car and property repossessions are not just happening because of extreme bad luck or the economy just took a bad turn. IT WAS STRATEGICALLY DESIGNED. Through the Federal Reserve Bank, some of the most meanest rottenest cruelest Bankers of every foreign country is now operating on the public credit of the United States Corporation and it�s Corporate Citizens. Furthermore, The Federal Reserve receives and collects all of the huge vast amounts of money in which the I.R.S. constantly drains away from you and not one dime ever goes to reducing the National Debt. The Federal Reserve is Not Federal. They are answerable only to the I.M.F.  How many of you in here have ever started and set up and ran a business before (meaning Corporation or LLC)? Most of you already know that a Corporation has a �Corporate� PRESIDENT, a Corporation usually has Corporate Property and/or Corporate Assets (which could be considered Corporate Subjects), and a Corporation has Corporate Shareholders who controls and influence absolutely every aspect of that Corporation. Now let�s do a little interactive trivia just to make sure that you all are a live crowd. Since you now know that the United States is a Bankrupt Corporation, who do you think would be the president of this Bankrupt Corporation? Who would be the Corporate Subjects of this Bankrupt Corporation (meaning Corporate Property and Corporate Assets)?, and who would be the Corporate Shareholders and receivers of this Bankrupt Corporation? 

 

Since 1933 (the year that the UNITED STATES Corporation went into debt insolvency and ultimately a receivership-type Bankruptcy), the birth or naturalization record for every U.S. Citizen is on file in the official records in Washington, D.C. and the property and assets of every living U.S. Citizen is pledged as collateral for the National Debt. **Explain Receivership-Type Bankruptcy** The Foreign creditors demanded to receive some form of collateral by way of assets (in addition to the land which was already in their possession). What they further demanded was the Natural Life/Labor Energy of every newborn flesh and blood Person which were to be born in the now �bankrupt� United states to be received by the Foreign Creditors as  collateral payment the national Debt.

 

**emphasize** Now get this part very carefully,The authorization to prepare a Certificate of Live Birth is given in the form of an application which is signed by the parents and/or the doctor. The application is in the form and in the substance of a Commercial Contract. So, your parent was unknowingly used as an �Informant� to the New SLAVE CARGO which has just been delivered (meaning �your� Natural Newborn Child) and is now State Corporate Government Property (refer to Birth Certificate). So, your natural delivery from your natural mother was actually a commercial delivery. The shrewd conniving Hospital doctor acted as a U.S. Delivery Agent which performed the commercial delivery and the Hospital served as the U.S. Port Docking location for the �New� Commercial Delivery product shipment (referring to your newborn Child). A local or state birth certificate is simply evidence that a commercial contract has been entered into making the newborn chlid a ward of the "state." Within two weeks and three days, the Certificate of Live Birth (which is based on that same Birth Certificate application) is delivered and filed in Washington, D.C. Furthermore, it is a bonded instrument (we all know that the term bonding is a law term which means to secure payment by providing a bond). On the back of the original certificate of live birth which went to D.C. is a letter (A-N which represents one of the Federal Reserve Banks) followed by eight numbers and usually another letter. More recently issued Social Security Cards have a similar bond serial number stamped on the back. **remember this reference to this Bond Number information as it will be mentioned again**

 

A birth certificate is not a contract and has no value in and of itself except as evidence that a Certificate of Live Birth does exist. That Certificate of live birth is on file in the official records in Washington, D.C. and stands as undisputable evidence that there is a living, breathing man or woman whose Natural existence has been registered with the state and with certain federal agencies. Records of foreign born persons are on file in D.C. with a Certificate of Naturalization, Certificate of Citizenship or other documents authorizing their residence here � this would be all of the so-called foreign illegal immigrants who applied for and received citizenship with the �Corporate� UNITED STATES.  So, the  more so-called illegal Aliens they get into the U.S, the more they can bond and make money off of. **Get This (Explain very carefully)**The various Public agencies designated the name on this Certificate of Live Birth document as a "person" (Explain types of persons as there are several legal definitions of a person � ex: Flesh and Blood PERSON, Artificial PERSON, juristic PERSON, Legal PERSON, etc). The value placed on this certificate of Live birth is based on the ability of the "State" to tax the future assets of that "Debtor" Person. So that Artificial legal Entity �Person� is a DEBTOR, NOT �You� the flesh and blood person. You were signed on and agreed to be responsible for that �Debtor PERSON� when your parents were tricked and conned into filling out the Birth Certificate con-tract application, this is what would be known in law terms as an adhesion con-tract. In the world of Law, adhesion contracts are illegal and unlawful as someone intentionally did not fully disclose the complete terms of the contract. At anytime before you signed that Birth Certificate, did that U.S. Agent Doctor sit you down with any consultation which explained and informed you that you were signing over your natural child as a permanent surety and accomodation party for that ALL CAPITAL LETTER Artificial Person�s name appearing on that Birth Certificate (which was created by the State)? And did they inform you that your natural child would forever become a perpetual DEBTOR Slave for the National Debt of the Bankrupt UNITED STATES?  **Repeat first part Again** A bond is then taken out by the U.S. Department of the Treasury and a bond Number is stamped on the back of the Certificate of Live Birth. Certain Government Printouts of some Individual Master Files (IMF) reveal that bond to be about $650,000. It is said that One IRS Master File lists an IRS Treasury Bond to be in the amount of $742,500 that the individual requester never knew anything about. However, all the profit generated by the investments between the time of the birth and the time of death of the living, breathing man or woman is kept by the "State." It is said to be known that the filed Certificate of Live Birth document original have specific instructions printed on the back stipulating by whom, to whom and in what time frame the document is to be created and delivered. First, it goes to the County Health Commissioner, then it goes to the Secretary of State and finally it goes to the Department of Commerce even though the files are not permanently maintained in these same offices. So THEY ARE CONDUCTING BUSINESS COMMERCE AND COMMERCIAL TRADE WITH YOUR NEW BORN CHILD. Within approximately two weeks and three days after a natural birth, each Certificate of Live Birth is to be filed in Washington D.C. 

When the Application and Certificate of Live Birth arrives at the Department of the Treasury in Washington, D.C, the Certificate is bonded, an account is set up with what we know as the Social Security Number, and funds are borrowed (So funds are being borrowed by the Corporate UNITED STATES against the future natural life and labor energy of your newborn child). **And Get this**, The paper credit is invested in stocks and bonds (in other words, your certificate of Live Birth is being traded on Wall Street and on the NASDAQ). According to the Bureau of Engraving, Federal Reserve Notes are printed bearing the Bond Number that is assigned to and stamped on the back of each Certificate of Live Birth. The Bond Number consists of a letter A-N followed by eight numbers and maybe another letter (**Show example on the U.S. Dollar**). So this particular number printed on every dollar is on the back of someone�s certificate of live birth filed in D.C. This is literally how money is created. It is created by the backing of every newborn�s future labor and future personal assets. Every since the bankruptcy of 1933, the dollar has been taken off of the Gold Standard so it has no more lawful substance. The substance is now based on every flesh and blood newborn�s promise�to-pay. So that is exactly what this dollar is right now at this very precise moment � A promise to pay. So within 2 to 3 weeks after a newborn comes into the world, Federal Reserve Notes are printed on the future promise-to-pay of the newborn�s future physical labor and physical assets. This is why they think and act as if they own your flesh and blood, that�s because they do (by way of that deceptive Birth Certificate adhesion contract). Didn�t you notice the recent rulings that blatantly and directly violate your physical bodies and violate your creator-given Birthrights? (Give examples of home schooling, vaccinations, DNA, Real I.D. Act, etc). Have you ever actually wondered what these Commercial Corporation  Enforcement Agency so-called Police Officers are out here SERVING and PROTECTING? They are out there to Serve the Foreign Creditors interests and Protect the International Bankers Assets (which is you). So what you may think are valid Law Enforcement Personnel are nothing more than Commercial Corporate Enforcement Agents. And when you stop commercially cooperating, you see what you get � Tasered, shot, beat, and murdered in cold blood and in broad day light. It�s nothing personal, IT�S JUST COMMERCIAL BUSINESS. THEY ARE THE PRIVATE ENFORCEMENT FOR THE PRIVATE CORPORATION KNOWN AS THE UNITED STATES INC. WHICH IS NOW THE PRIVATE PROPERTY OF THE INTERNATIONAL BANKER FOREIGN CREDITORS BY WAY OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE/I.M.F. THUG SYNDICATE. If It has just been declared Duck Season outside and if you don�t want to get treated like a duck, then take off the Duck Suit (Makes sense to me). Now In conjunction with the pledging of every newborn child�s labor (which is a promise-to-pay) and the bankruptcy of 1933, the U.S. Congress declared a House Joint Resolution 192 of June 5, 1933 which appropiately states �one cannot demand a certain form of currency that they want to receive if it is dollar for dollar, as all currency is your CREDIT. House Joint resolution also says �one may NOT specify a specie in which a debt is discharged�. If they do, they are in BREACH of the contract of HJR 192. The Congressional Declaration of HJR 192 initiated a New Public Policy Deal Contract in which ALL Corporations and all sub-Corporations must abide by if they are going to deal with FRN�s. The United States is the main Corporation and all other corporations are sub-corporations (like Verizon, Burger King, Radio Shack, etc) After the bankruptcy of 1933, even the verbal terminology in HJR192 was changed from �paying a debt� to �discharging an obligation�. Every since the prohibition of the backing of gold in 1933 (which removed the lawful substance from the U.S. dollar), no one has literally been able to pay a debt. ALL DEBT IS PERPETUAL. Currently, The only thing that one can do is tender in the transfering of debts. And that is exactly what people do when they use FRN�s, Promissory Notes, Bill of Exchanges, Checks, Money Orders, Bank Drafts, etc. You are just merely transferring debt from one place to another because all debt is now perpetual and can never really be truly �lawfully� paid (as there is no lawful substance backing the U.S. Dollar). You may now legally use other alternate previously mentioned forms of debt instruments to discharge debt obligations as THEY ARE ALL FUNCTIONAL CURRENCY !!! (Show examples). So, after the bankruptcy of 1933 and HJR, no company or corporation (which are all sub-corporations to the UNITED STATES) can specify how you may discharge that debt obligation. They cannot tell you that they want cash or a check or a money order if it is dollar for dollar as ALL Currency is now your Credit which is your promise-to-pay. All business Corporations in the Corporate United States are all sub-corporations of the United States and they are all broke and bankrupt. They are all DEBTORS of the National Debt. They can do absolutely nothing without you the �flesh and blood� CREDITOR coming along and giving your CREDIT in the form of your physical signature which is a promise-to-pay and which is literally �Money�. Do you get the picture now? YOU ARE MONEY and you are the Backing Substance in Money. Otherwise, businesses could not functionally operate and do commercial business. Again, This is all part of the �New Deal� Public Policy which was laid out in 1933 after the public bankruptcy. Now That was almost 80 years ago. Why haven�t I heard about this new deal public policy?. Were you informed about this? It is actually not new anymore, It is actually kind of old by now, wouldn�t you think? And people are running around talking about �Information is Power/Knowledge is power�. Who knew anything about this particular knowledge Information? And if you did not know about it, you surely could not have did anything about it and gained any power from it, now could you?    

  Now, jumping back to that certificate of live birth that has been filed on you which is now filed in Washington D.C. The fact of the matter is that the very existence of every living, breathing man or woman in the united States is bonded and used as sureties and debtors for the commercial activity transactions of the Corporate United States which is now in a receivership-type of bankruptcy. This Certificate of Live Birth process actually constitutes a constructive, cestui que trust, a Public Charitable Trust (PCT) that was expressly designed to bring every corporate franchise artificial person called a �citizen of the United States� into an inseparable merging with the Corporate government until the two are united (with power held by the government, NOT the people). A cestui que trust has no Grantor, but, being a constructive trust created by operation of law, i.e. by make-believe, it has only co-trustees and co-beneficiaries. The co-trustees (which is �you�) are the parties with the duties for managing property for the so-called �public good,� i.e. for the benefit of those designated as co-beneficiaries (which is also YOU). The MAIN Trustee is the Corporate Officers of the Corporate UNITED STATES and the MAIN Beneficiary is the Legal Entity Artificial Person spelled in all capital letters which was created by the State (your Birth State), NOT YOU. Remember, you are just held responsible and are used to produce the Natural Life/Labor Energy and are only allowed the privilege of benefiting from the fruits of your own Natural Life/Labor Energy which are being transmitted through this new Legal Entity �Person� which was created at your birth (in all capital letters). One may only become a Citizen of the Corporate US Inc. by contract. A �citizen of the United States� is a civilly dead entity operating as a co-trustee and co-beneficiary of the Private Charitable Trust, the constructive, cestui que trust of the US Inc. which upholds the debt of the US Inc. In such a position, people leave the ground of sovereignty and surrender all capacity for asserting their unalienable rights in favor of being presumed as having exercised their sovereignty and free-will autonomy for the purpose of going along with the government�s assertion that they sacrifice everything for the so-called �public good,� i.e. the Private Charitable Trust. So, how many times have you heard someone deceptively say to pay your fair share to society or pay your debts to society. The fact of the matter is that, there is no fair share going to society. The reality is that your life/labor energy has been deceptively manipulated away from you directly after your natural birth. The selling out of the UNITED STATES by the greedy bloodsuckers has absolutely nothing to do with the Natural �Flesh and Blood� Indigenous ORIGINAL People Inhabitants of America. French Law term Cestui que trust [Ses-twee kee trust]: One who possesses equitable rights in property � A.K.A Beneficiary. Definition of Trust: a property interest held by one person (the Trustee) at the request of another (the settlor) for the benefit of a third party (the beneficiary).

Now, how they actually pull the whole thing off (NAME IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS):

 

The ALL Caps name on the Certificate of live Birth which was filed in Washington, D.C. is not you. It is an artificial fictitious person otherwise known as a �Strawman� or �StrawPerson�.

 

Due to this corruption of your name, you are being swindled entirely out of all goods and services and ultimately, your natural lives and natural energy because your entire natural life and labor has been pledged and surrendered at birth to be received by the Foreign Creditors to satisfy the strategically planned debt insolvency of the now bankrupt United States Inc.

 

ALL DL�s, CC�s, Bank Statements, IRS Correspondence, Traffic Tickets, etc. all reflects this all caps name. All government agencies, Banks, Courts, and Tax Agencies, are all designed to deal with this Corporate Name which is �a creature of the Law� (En legis).

The whole industrial community (Corporate Banking, Taxation, legal and government communities) uses this name when doing business with you. Only by this corporate artificial name (in all capital letters), ALL manners of goods and services are transferred for your priviledged benefit by all other Artificial Persons (Ex: Corporations and Legal Entities in the industrial industry). For Only an artificial person can communicate with an artificial person (known as the StrawPerson).

So, the Corporate UNITED STATES Inc, originally designated as Washington, D.C., is a Commercial Agency. Also, now at this very same exact moment and time, all other local, State, and Federal Munincipalities are all Commercial Agency Corporations (Ex: CITY OF SACRAMENTO, COUNTY OF DALLAS, and STATE OF TEXAS, etc.). The artificial person created in your name is actually a �front person�, a third party which has been put up in name only for the purpose of taking part in a transaction (ex: a mere nominal party by name only). The creator of this artificial person (which is the State) created this fictitious legal entity for their selfish purposes.

Bankrupt governments (local, state and Federal) covertly create such artificial legal entities (also known as trade names) for doing business with the names and siphoning wealth from otherwise sovereign men and women and conveying such proceeds into the coffers of their creditors (which is the Federal Reserve/IMF Thug Syndicate). Prior to 1913, most Americans owned a free and clear allodial title to property, free and clear of any liens or Mortgages until the Federal act of 1913. Every since then and after the Public Bankruptcy of 1933, Assets of ALL debtors (which is �you� the unsuspecting innocent american peoples) were pledged as security by the lender or underwriter (which is the Federal Banking Cartel). So basicly, all real estate land property, vehicles and other assets were pledged to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve for their trustees (which are the stockholders who legally hold the titles through your legal entity Strawperson) and �you� the unsuspecting citizen are left to be a Tenant and Franchisee with the priviledges of co-benefitting. Did you know you were a captive tenant in your own mortgage and an unsuspecting leasing client in your own vehicle car note? With your unsecured loans and Credit Card Loans, you are literally giving free charitable gift payment money to the Federal Reserve and their trustees which is cunningly transferred to them through your all-caps legal entity which was created at birth. Case in point: When you pay your house and cars off and you stop paying your taxes and/or your registration fees or vehicle tax, what happens? You lose your house and vehicle don�t you? SO YOU CAN NEVER FULLY OWN IT as a surety of the �Debtor� artificial Person Legal Entity which was ceated at birth (in all capital letters).

The Remedy to this situation:

 

I want to start out this section by reiterating something and making something very clear to you.

The United States is and has always been a corporation out of England every since day one. So the united States has always owed money to funding creditors but now the United States Republic and the UNITED STATES Corporation has been strategically railroaded into a well planned and long time desired Bankruptcy. The United States now exists in name only, the Republic has been hi-jacked and overtaken. All local state and federal U.S. �Corporate� entities are nothing more than cashier agents for the Foreign Creditors (which is the Federal Reserve and IMF). The true and rightful indigenous inhabitants of America have never mutually welcomed and agreed to the consent of totally foreign enemy strangers forcefully setting up Commercial shop on these aboriginal Sovereign lands now known as America and using the Original INDIGENOUS inhabitants as commercial trading objects. The United States exists due to the unjust uncivilized barbaric slaughtering, raping, robbing, and killing of the original inhabitants of this land known as Moors/Indians/Mexican Native Americans. Most of you can agree with that fact in history, can�t you? There are still continued senseless unjust wars on the original indigenous peoples of the South, Central and North Americans to forcfully steal and take more land and resources to further promote and enforce U.S. Imperialism. Whenever the Corporate U.S. needs more corporate �property� and corporate �Assets�, they cunningly allow more so-called illegal alien immigrants into the fictitious illegal unlawful borders so they can bond them and make more money off of them, just like they have already done to you during your natural birth in which you knew absolutely nothing about. So, as you can clearly see with your own eyes, THIS IS JUST COMMERCIAL BUSINESS. South and Central Americans are already �Continental� Americans, they have every legal lawful right to freely travel anywhere in this continental U.S. How many of you knew that States like California, Texas, Oklahoma are all originally moorish/Indian/mexican territories? The entire west as you know it is nothing but the original lands of indigenous Inhabitants. Absolutely ALL of this land you know as America all the way from Louisiana up to Canada and South Carolina up to Maine is indigenous Aboriginal territory (especially the entire Eastern Seaboard - Delaware was never colonized as it is home of the Aboriginal Tribe known as the Abannaki Moors). So as you can clearly see, we are all being played by the same Commercial Entity Corporation known as the United States � which after the bankruptcy of 1933 exists in name only and is nothing more than a front for the Foreign Creditors known as the Federal Reserve Bank and the International Monetary Fund.  Now, you all might be saying, why is all of this important? Well, The Corporation known as the United States has no more authority over you to implement it�s law against �you, the natural people� anymore than does McDonald�s or Burger King or Walmart or RadioShack Corporation has authority to implement any laws against you, with the exception of one thing � the contracts that we have signed as surety for those artificial legal entity persons (bearing the name with all capital letters � created at birth in our birth states) in which we signed with the Corporate United States and the Foreign Creditor Bankers by way of the Federal Reserve. These commercial contracts binding us together with the Corporate legal entity known as the United States are not actually with us (meaning �you� the Natural Flesh and Blood Physical Person) which appears to be us but is spelled with all capital letters. As of right now at this very minute, the State has absolute control over that artificial fictitious person because they created it for their benefit. Until you give them notice otherwise, they will always have authority over it. That is exactly what a Uniform Commercial Code Financing Statement does, it gives public notice that you, the secured party, have a claim against that debtor person which is the unincorporated Corporation appearing as your name in all capital letters. And when you file this notice, you take this entity �out of the hands of the State� and out of the jurisdiction of a fictitious entity and into the private venue, which is your kingdom and now it becomes an unincorporated foreign corporation to the state, and by doing that, the entity becomes �foreign� to the state. And you as well (the physical Natural person) are and always have been Foreign to the Corporate fictitious United States. Again, that is why the artificial person was created in the image of your name to be able to interact with the rest of the fictitious Corporate person objects for the sole purpose of conducting Commercial TRADE and/or Commercial BUSINESS and furthermore, siphoning countless wealth from your natural self. Thank you for posting this very indeed moving piece.

Though you would never ask for it, you are to be congratulated for your
enduring devotion to what we often call "*equality*" but in bare grab I
would venture is basically "*humanity.*"

Because of perceived differences and presumed effort it would take to
understand difference and network it in.

Even though difference when and if explored would often be revealed as need,
and even special gifts and certainly compelling or critical circumstance.

Your contributions in areas where *en masse* huge numbers of persons are -

Personal Observation:

Watching CNN etc. on World Autism Day, today, was pleased to view Joan
Carlos and Jacqueline Brandt (he heads DPI NGO Dept. and various other
functions brilliantly, and his wife is said to be on leave from the U.N.,
including more cherished time to spend with family. (These details are media
derived).
Working with Juan Carlos is a great experience in all the different U.N.
venues in which he leads and participates, and viewing him today a real
treat especially at this time as the full ratification of the *Convention on
the Rights of Persons with Disabilities* seems imminent.

The following is a copy of the email I sent to the senate staffs from Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, Colorado, California, Arizona & New Mexico. It is about Global Warming and possible solutions. Why? Because these are the states that will be affected the most once Lake Mead gets dry.
 
I consider this (finding my 2001 email about underwater volcanos) very fortunate because before I was using AOL. But AOL does not deliver some emails so I decided to go yahoo and lost all my aol files. Before that I was using webtv. When I stopped using webtv I lost all my files on the IRA or Irish Republican Army.
 
Recently, I also have decided to use gmail and excite and most likely will try other email services too. This (losing my files) proves to me that sticking to one can be a very destructive choice. We should know this very well by now. Before we had Caligula & Nero. NOW we got Bush (very funny! Just joking really.). Bush is my guy. Seeking to be President is not an easy choice. After Reagan, JFK, becoming President is like volunteering to be crucified in Calvary. Specially after this suspicion that one of the shooters who shot JFK was the driver of the limo or Secret Service... PLUS, the pay is not that great. Anyway having one guy to be President or executive is stupid. We should know that by now. PLUS: We all know there is power in numbers. PLUS: We also know, you can fool one but not all.
 
In this email, I failed to elaborate that most likely we are being misled or fooled by researchers on Global Warming. For example, changing the name from underwater volcanos to mid-ocean ridge. If they changed the name once, most likely they changed the name again and so finding the latest info on the matter can be very difficult. These info are from the ocean floor and transmitted by internet. Perhaps they found a preferred customer and they do not wish to share the matter with the public. This is unfair or criminal. We all need to have the correct information.

I found the email I wrote back then as proof that there are UnderWater Volcanos and NOAA who were investigating UNDERWATER VOLCANOS. BUT these people were bought or somehow were made liars because they turned-off their website where they show their underwater volcano illutrations or mid-ocean ridge = 2,000 miles by 35 kilometers and the bottom is the earth's magma. It was around this time that I bumped into Shelley Berkley while shopping at Costco and I approached her. I guess my English was so exotic that she referred me to a phone number. I was telling her that this was a result of improper oil mining and told her that it could sink Hawaii.
 
IMPROPER OIL MINING: If you will look at the world map, you will notice that most oil mining is on the right side of the map and almost none on the left side. That means the right side of the map is lighter than the left side. That means the globe is out of balance. These resulted into Global Warming. In simple language, Global Warming in terms of mid ocean ridge, the earth crust is being torn apart or is moving because the globe is seeking its center of gravity meaning the earth axis is moving and this motion resulted into the tear or mid-ocean ridge or underwater volcanos. Why? Maybe because it is the thinnest part of the earth crust. In fact, some part of the earth has no crust but has no magma. Why? Maybe because magma unlike oil, is not all over the globe.
 
How do we make corrections. We pump out oil in Alaska. If they are pumping 10 million barrels a day on the right side of the map, to help the planet become stable, we got to pump some 10 million barrels a day in Alaska. Or we have to stop all oil operations in the Middle East (here I removed a bad joke). Or; there are several possible solutions. Like reducing our dependence on oil by encouraging the market to buy or use water engines. Like changing all engines of the military into water engines. Like Ron Paul for President because among all the candidates, I see him as the only guy who can be sincere and will take the time to study Global Warming. Why? He does not take money from vested interest. YOU know what that means? That means some will first wait for the money. Ron Paul will not. He's a surgeon who delivers babies. He does not wait. When the time comes, he goes to work.

SILVER SPRING, Maryland (CNN) -- Scientists are monitoring what they say appears to be an underwater eruption in the Pacific Ocean about 100 miles off the coast of Oregon and California.
The event was detected by the Navy's Sound Surveillance System, an underwater network of hydrophone arrays originally installed nearly 50 years ago for use in antisubmarine warfare, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration said Thursday.
Scientists from the NOAA's Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory in Newport, Oregon, hope to sail to the area of the eruption in the next few days to study the phenomenon, NOAA spokeswoman Jana Goldman said.
Underwater volcanic eruptions are among the most common seismic events on Earth, she said, but scientists rarely get a chance to study them while they are happening because they typically occur very deep in the ocean.
"We are hoping that this will be one of those rare times that we get to study what happens to all aspects of the ocean when one of these events take place," said Steven Hammond, an oceanographer at the Newport lab.
NOAA said its data indicates the current eruption has consisted of a number of low-magnitude undersea earthquakes accompanied by an almost continuous band of what scientists call "volcanic tremor." According to NOAA's Web site, the small earthquakes can occur at a rate of up to 100 per hour and continue for weeks.
Because of the event's distance from shore --- about 100 miles --- and its depth --- perhaps 2 miles down --- scientists say there is virtually no danger to humans, Goldman said. "If a tsunami (tidal wave) were in the cards, it would have occurred by now," she told CNN.
One reason scientists are so interested in undersea eruptions is because they often result in the release of large hot water plumes containing large numbers of "extremophiles," microscopic bacteria-like creatures that thrive in very hot and chemical-rich environments such as those found around underwater volcanic vents. Researchers say the organisms have potential biotechnical and pharmaceutical applications.

Updated, 1:08 p.m. | Prosecutors and defense lawyers offered sharply differing accounts this morning of the November 2006 shooting that killed Sean Bell, as the trial of three New York City police detectives charged with killing Mr. Bell began in State Supreme Court in Queens.

Charles A. Testagrossa, an assistant district attorney, called the shooting unjustified. “The story of how this tragedy occurred is a tale of carelessness,” he said, adding that the shooting “can only be characterized as criminal.” He singled out Detectives Michael Oliver and Gescard F. Isnora, who together fired 42 shots at Mr. Bell and are charged with manslaughter, saying they should have paused as they fired to assess th e effects of their actions.
A veteran judge, Justice Arthur J. Cooperman, is conducting the trial. The three detectives waived their motion to have the trial moved was rejected.

James J. Culleton, Detective Oliver’s defense lawyer, offered a very different account. “You’re going to hear two completely different stories,” he told the judge. “One supporting execution and one supporting justification.”
He argued that the prosecutors had focused too narrowly on the 50 shots fired — and not whether the very first of the shots were justified. “The fundamental flaw in the people’s case is its fixation on the number of shots fired,” Mr. Culleton said.
Early on Nov. 25, 2006, detectives fatally shot Mr. Bell, 23, near a strip club in Queens, hours before he was to marry his fiancée.
The officers said they believed Mr. Bell and his friends were going to retrieve a gun and shoot a t another group at the club. When Mr. Bell seemed to try to flee or ram the officers with his car, the police said, the officers opened fire, killing him and wounding the two friends in a barrage of 50 bullets. The officers said they believed they were being fired upon, but no gun was found in the car.
Anthony L. Ricco, the lawyer for Detective Isnora, offered an emotional opening statement that invoked race. Describing his client as a hard-working African-American from Bushwick, Mr. Ricco argued that black police officers — particularly those who work undercover or in plain clothes, like his client — are in particular danger. Mr. Bell and his companions, Mr. Ricco argued, merely saw Detective Isnora as “a Negro with a gun.” When Mr. Bell rammed his vehicle toward police officers, he said, “he intended to run the black man into the ground.”
Paul P. Martin, a lawyer for the third detective, Marc Cooper, who is charged with reckless endangerment, said his client di d not deserve to be on trial. Detective Cooper fired four shots, one of which hit an AirTrain station; none of the shots hit a person. Detective Cooper was, in fact, shooting out of the back of a police vehicle driven by another police officer, who fired a single shot but was not charged.
“He doesn’t hit a thing. Where is he?” Mr. Martin asked. Then he gestured to his client and asked, rhetorically: “What’s he doing here?”
After the opening statements, Mr. Bell’s fiancée, Nicole Paultre Bell (she took his last name after his death), took the stand. She recounted how she had met Mr. Bell in high school. Their wedding date was close to anniversary of the date he met her parents, on Nov. 23, 2000. On the night of his death, Ms. Paultre Bell recalled, she was sleeping at her mother’s house when she was awakened by her mother.
“Can you tell us where you saw him and what was his apparent physical condition?” asked an assistant district attorney, Peter T. Reese.
Ms. Paultre Bell, crying, replied, “He was in the morgue.”
Earlier this morning, Ms. Paultre Bell took part in a prayer vigil before the opening of the trial, as critics of police violence gathered to show support for the Bell family.
The Rev. Al Sharpton conducted the vigil, which included Joseph Guzman, a friend of Mr. Bell’s who was injured in the shooting, outside the courthouse.
Surrounded by a throng of photographers and reporters, Mr. Sharpton referred to two racially motivated crimes from the past, saying: “Twenty-one years ago we were at the same courthouse for Howard Beach. We were also here two years ago for Fat Nick. We are here again determined to have justice.”
Shortly before the prayer vigil, the three detectives had arrived at the courthouse and quickly walked up an en trance ramp, followed by photographers. Michael J. Palladino, head of their union, the Detectives’ Endowment Association, and Patrick J. Lynch, the president of the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, the officers’ union, joined the detectives.
“There’s a hell of a lot more to this case than the 50 shots that were fired,” Mr. Palladino said, adding that the officers’ state of mind had to be considered, along with the credibility of witnesses. “The officers were acting in good faith.”
Mr. Palladino said he believed the trial was politically motivated. “Nevertheless, here we are with what I would call a political indictment, and we are fighting for our lives here in the Queens Supreme courthouse.”
He added, “A conviction in a case like this is of great concern to the law enforcement community, because I think we will have to reassess what we do and how we’ll do it going forward.”
At a news conference that followed the prayer vigil, Mr. Sharpto n said of the Bell case: “We’re not here against white cops. We’re here against wrong cops.”
Two of the three detectives facing trial are black. But several of the speakers at the prayer vigil made it clear that they viewed the case as an emblem of the dangers black New Yorkers face in their encounters with the police.
“This is the last opportunity for this system to show that they value black life, the same as they value white life,” said Councilman Charles Barron, a Brooklyn Democrat.
He said he thought the indictments — for manslaughter and reckless endangerment — were too lenient and that second-degree murder would have been more appropriate. “You can’t not intend to kill somebody when you have time to reload, time to think,” Mr. Barron said.

State loses another canker lawsuit

Florida homeowners whose healthy citrus trees were destroyed in the state's failed citrus canker eradication program have won a second victory against the state Agriculture Department.

Broward County Circuit Judge Ronald Rothschild ruled Thursday in Fort Lauderdale that the department's destruction of 133,720 residential citrus trees in Broward that were labeled as "exposed" to canker constituted a "taking." That requires the state to pay "full and just" compensation to about 70,000 homeowners.

During the program, the state offered a $100 Wal-Mart voucher for the first tree it removed and $55 for each subsequent tree. The lawsuit argued that wasn't enough.

In December, Palm Beach County Circuit Judge Robin Rosenberg issued a similar ruling in a case brought on behalf of more than 40,000 Palm Beach County homeowners for the loss of 66,468 trees. Rosenberg's ruling was the first to be issued in five class-action lawsuits filed against the state for homeowners whose symptomless trees were destroyed in the state-federal program.

Affected homeowners such as David Mendez of Boca Raton, who was the lead plaintiff in the Palm Beach County case, lamented the loss of their trees for their fruit, shade, beauty and sentimental value.

During the state's battle against the bacterial fruit-blemishing disease from 1995 to 2006, the state and federal governments spent $1.6 billion destroying 16.5 million commercial and residential citrus trees.

The war was waged for Florida's citrus industry, with an economic impact then estimated at $9 billion. The federal government halted the program in January 2006, saying canker was so widespread that eradication was impossible.

Robert Gilbert of Coral Gables, lead attorney for the homeowners in both cases, said Thursday that Rothschild found no rational basis for the department's adoption of its 1,900-foot policy. The rule required the removal of every healthy citrus tree within 1,900 feet of a tree that tested positive for canker.

"It's the just result for the homeowner, and it's about time our elected representatives, including Gov. (Charlie) Crist, take this matter over from the Department of Agriculture, which has mishandled it for the last 10 years," he said.

Gilbert said a trial to decide how much the Broward homeowners should be paid for the trees is scheduled to begin April 14. A compensation trial for the Palm Beach County homeowners was to begin in March, but has been moved to September.

Florida Agriculture Commissioner Charles Bronson said in a statement Thursday that he is disappointed with the Broward ruling but believes the department will prevail on appeal.

It was "truly unfortunate" that residential and commercial trees had to be destroyed, but officials had to remove exposed trees that scientists maintained would eventually become infected, Bronson said.  "The facts are bearing out what we feared would happen without the eradication effort," Bronson said.

"Citrus canker has now spread to all 30 citrus-producing counties in Florida and regulators have placed restrictions on citrus exports to many areas."

In his ruling, Rothschild scolded the department for adopting the 1,900-foot rule in January 2000 and not backing off.

"The department adopted and continued to doggedly pursue this policy for six years when it knew or should have known it could not successfully eradicate citrus canker," he wrote.

Rothschild found it "undisputed" that department personnel never observed any visible symptoms of citrus canker on the exposed trees owned by the homeowners and never tested the trees in the field or lab to determine whether they were infected.

In another major legal victory for thousands of South Florida residents, a Broward circuit judge ruled Thursday that a jury -- not the state -- will determine how much the government will have to pay for citrus trees ripped from their back yards during the failed canker eradication program.

Broward Circuit Judge Ron Rothschild rejected the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Service's insistence that the trees were a valueless public nuisance because they had been exposed to citrus canker and might spread the disease.

The ruling means there will be a jury trial on the value of more than 133,000 trees owned by more than 72,000 Broward residents.

'The court finds that the Department decided to sacrifice homeowners' trees to accomplish its stated goal of canker eradication,'' Rothschild wrote in his 54-page decision. ``Thus the overwhelming evidence demonstrates that the [eradication program] was designed to accomplish its principal public purpose of protecting Florida's commercial citrus industry.''

''The department acted in good faith under a mistaken belief that eradication would save the commercial citrus industry. Time proved the department's contention as untrue,'' Rothschild wrote. The taking of the trees ''constituted a compensable taking'' under Florida's laws, Rothschild wrote.

The evidence conclusively established that citrus canker has never presented a threat to public health or safety, the judge wrote. The only potential impact is economic, affecting the commercial citrus industry, he continued.

The state had argued that the trees had been exposed to canker and would have become infected with the disease

''The relevant inquiry is whether the property had value at the time it was taken,'' Rothschild wrote.

''While the department had the legal right and authority to destroy the trees owned by plaintiffs,'' Rothschild wrote, ``based on the lack of evidence demonstrating that the trees were a public nuisance, the court finds that the department is liable to provide full and just compensation to the plaintiffs for the destruction of their private property.''

Rothschild's ruling doesn't automatically mean more money for homeowners.  It means the state must pay whatever a jury decides the trees are worth, not necessarily the $100 for the first tree taken and $55 for each additional citrus tree chain sawed.

It is possible that residents could get considerably more. Or, jurors might decide what the state has already paid is sufficient under the state's legal requirement of ``just and fair compensation.''

"I think it's an awesome victory," said Tim Farley, of Oakland Park, one of the named plaintiffs, whose orange, grapefruit and lemon trees were destroyed. "They should have paid us just and fair compensation They should have used eminent domain and paid us. We wouldn't have had to take them to court if they had done their job and not trampled on our constitutional rights."

The eradication campaign, from the late 1990s through 2005, was intended to wipe out a bacterial disease that blemishes fruit, though leaving it edible, and damages trees, causing the premature drop of leaves and fruit.

After the disease was discovered in 1995 near Miami International Airport, the Florida Department of Agriculture instituted increasingly severe methods of controlling it, climaxing with the decree in early 2000 that all citrus trees within 1,900 feet of infected ones be cut down. Homeowners were offered $100 Wal-Mart vouchers for the first tree destroyed and $55 for subsequent ones, but many considered that token compensation.

 

The program ended early in 2006, when the U.S. Department of Agricultural withdrew its financial support, saying the hurricanes of 2004 and 2005 had spread the disease beyond the possibility of eradicating it.

The Florida Department of Agriculture has now lost two cases in a row on this issue, having previously been beaten in a class-action case in Palm Beach County. In that case, a jury is scheduled to hear arguments on damages in September. Similar cases have yet to go to trial in Miami-Dade, Lee and Orange counties.

Robert Gilbert, lead attorney for the plaintiffs, called on Gov. Charlie Crist and the Legislature to force the Department of Agriculture to settle rather than continue a costly legal struggle. If the cases go to juries, he said, the damages could amount to hundreds of millions of dollars. The Broward case alone could cost the state $75 million, he said.

"This travesty has gone on far too long," Gilbert said. "And now two separate judges have found the state liable."

Beth Garcia, a Hollywood resident who is another named plaintiff, said the state should concede it's holding a losing hand and try to reach a fair settlement.

But the state shows no signs of backing down. Bronson, who presided over the eradication program, issued a statement expressing appreciation for the sacrifices of homeowners and saying "the eradication policies were based on significant testing and research into the spread of this serious bacterial disease by scientific experts on citrus plant pathology."

"The facts are bearing out what we feared would happen without the eradication effort," Bronson said. "Citrus canker has now spread to all 30 citrus producing counties in Florida and regulators have placed restrictions on citrus exports to many areas"

My dream debate would be Barack Obama representing the Democratic
party and Ron Paul representing the Republican Party. Obama would be
the Michael Jordan of Political Candidates if his policies and
stances mirrored his fellow democrat, Dennis Kucinich (who dropped
out of the race).

The question each person in America should ask themselves is...

will the candidate I vote for be against the REAL ID act and are they
for the elimination of the IRS and the Federal Reserve and for
returning control and regulation of the money supply back to the U.S.
government and back the money with what it was backed by just 37
years ago; SILVER & GOLD. Lastly, is their candidate a globalist and
for expansion of the power of the federal government, policing the
entire world, supporting the idea of an American Empire like Rome,
and for more socialist programs or are they for sovereignty, border
protection and REAL home defense by taking troops from overseas and
placing them back here where they belong, reducing the size and scope
of the federal government and protecting civil liberties and freedom.
If the next candidate is not a road block to those first two issues
and supports an American Empire...I'm leaving this country, taking my
american dollars (while they are still considered worth something)
and transferring them over to a foreign currency. I'm deadly serious.

There is going to be a crash sheeple. THIS IS A FACT. All of the
money people have tied up in stocks and mutual funds and in the bank
are going to be WORTHLESS SHEETS OF PAPER when it happens. This isn't
just a speculation, this is a FACT. The U.S. has let the Federal
Reserve de-value the dollar by printing dollars backed by nothing and
inflating the money supply. The only thing keeping this boat running
is FAITH. India has already refused to accept U.S. Dollars and if
China takes the same position it is a wrap. The Canadian Dollar is
worth more than the U.S. Dollar, which is the real reason why they
are scrambling for a North American Union between Canada and Mexico.
They want to piggyback off of their success and save the dollar.

I say all of this because I have mixed emotions about Obama, none of
which is based on him personally. I feel he is regal, a good face for
America internationally and he handles himself with grace and
dignity. He is an extremely impressive man in that regard. Also, I
agree with others about how some Black sheeple are holding him up to
some standard they didn't even expect from GWB. Anything would be an
improvement over what we have now. But, Obama hasn't been asked by
anyone about the REAL ID act / National ID Card and his understanding
of economics leaves a lot to be desired. Ron Paul is the candidate
who mirrors where I stand on those issues with Dennis Kucinich
running a close second.

I will ultimately end up voting for Barack Obama because Ron Paul
won't be his opponent and Dennis Kucinich is out of the race. The
American Sheeple would've had to become intelligent overnight in
order for both of those men to even be in the equation. Hillary is a
HACK and will lead us right down the road to a New World Order, but
Barack Obama is a Black man and maybe, just maybe...he won't be so
willing to pull the trigger on the American People and his own.
That's my word and I'm sticking to it! LOL

economic & political infrastructure because Barack can't start that
for us. He will be the President of the United States, not the
President of Black People.
