Dear Colleagues:

As a member of the Planning (and Action) Committee for IDOP just this last week (subcommittee of The Committee on Aging), I post to report that the NY U.N. Headquarters events were a marvelous success.  Co-Chairs Jack Kupferman and Valerie Levy, and COA Chair Jessica Frank, have already posted and are in conversation with the planners on the very good news that appreciation is being widely expressed even in the next few days following.

 

Here in the CCC/UN where Communication, Coordination, and Cooperation are key - this event will be linked in multiple ways to the 2009 Youth Assembly.  We can look forward to the continuing tradition of the splendid yearly commemoration and forecast.
