Dear Colleagues:
Thanks to the U.N. DPI for their currency and concerns. Hope you can participate - see your there if you can, or by connecting online.
This topic is currently on many tv. and other networks' hot list. Clearly important, hope you can attend.
At a future time I will post links regarding my own litigation against cyberlibel, including on human rights bases; and doing the legal work all the way up to and including the United States Supreme Court (delivered personally in Washington by hand). Also on what other individuals have suffered by Internet libel or perceived libel and other modes of harassment or taunting - an early form since the 1970's at least reflecting curious twists in the practice of social Mal-networking (coinage). Whether intended as hurtful or not - a topic itself as to damages and remedies.
With continuing best wishes, and *Respectfully Interfacing*, LDMF.
