Personal Observation:

 

Watching CNN etc. on World Autism Day, today, was pleased to view Joan Carlos and Jacqueline Brandt (he heads DPI NGO Dept. and various other functions brilliantly, and his wife is said to be on leave from the U.N., including more cherished time to spend with family. (These details are media derived).

Working with Juan Carlos is a great experience in all the different U.N. venues in which he leads and participates, and viewing him today a real treat especially at this time as the full ratification of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities seems imminent.
