Once again thanks to Anne Sommers for this important alert. We have discussed potential 'slippery slope' matters prior and over thge years concerning the phrase "reasonable." And who decides.
Now the "imminent danger" "standard" could give way to "substantial risk." Not simply a linguistic shift, the :substantial" phrase does seem to raise the issues we have pondered prior.
