e-Memorandum 12-09-06:

 

The International Disability Caucus (IDC) and indeed Civil Society in-broad will indeed be fortunate to have the speakers who have offered, have been suggested, and who presented at AdHoc 8-b (some call Adhoc 9). Certainly I and others here with enthusiasm second the nominations submitted to IDC to date and also reflect on our other fine speakers to date.

 

It the next few days I will post rationales for Persons with Pain International, (stemming from many medical conditions without having to say "Medical." whom I represent to the Bureau),  and Indigenous Persons (whom we all so support as per recent discussion with HU, but only if she does not dissent from this suggestion) , to be directly mentioned to the G.A.. - to all in attendance  in "real time" in the actual meeting, and around the world as well. These  two groups represent persons with disabilities marginalized in every day life and in the present context, such that other groups and individuals by extension will find inclusion in this most noble and, memorable, awareness-raising event not to be repeated.

 

I anticipate some may wish to advise that everyone is included by implication etc.. and since this is a free speech forum, I will be attentive but very likely am going to stick to my request, to be construed as if by way of a Motion. Should I not be able to post once again please accept this intervention in the stead of a future elaboration.
