After reading it I felt this was very important that we all have this.
This is like an ad on to the living will.
I do hope you all have a "Living Will" and Durable Power of Attorny this
is very important to all's well being .This booklet lets you write in
how you want to be treated in every way if you become unable to do for
yourself.
