On 7/18/05 I had to call a Mold tester because I couldn’t come out of my room into any other room in my apartment. There was a strange problem Up Stairs with the Air-Condition System it sets outside the living room door of each apartment. Right away the landlord up stars come to take care of the problem he was out of Town, so the Tenets had someone to come out and fix the problem that day. But there was a Problem Toxins coming from the Air-Condition System that was the reason I couldn’t come out of my room into my living room our exit my living room door.

I reported this to my Landlord Mrs. Wong I told her the problem and it need to be tested so that the problem could be corrected ASAP. She wouldn’t do it, so I had someone come out to test the air quality, in doors and out, it cost me $ 250.00, the Management here  said the Landlords was responsible to take care of the problems, not the tenet. Mrs. Wong Wouldn’t fix the Problem so I had to have the test done myself, I’m sending a Copy of the test it made me ill and no one would do the test so I had no other choice my health was at risk.

I asked Mrs. Wong to make sure I get my money back from the landlord she wouldn’t, I feels she may have gotten it for herself. Because there was also a water leak in the utility room from up stairs, I have Pictures we had to put a bucket to contain the water until the Landlord come to fix it. Again Mrs. Wong did nothing knowing the Landlord was out of Town!?. ALL SUCH FACILITIES MUST MEET HEALTH STANDARDS this one does not for more reasons than one MOLD & TOXINS.

Whether it is from Hampton Court or any other shelter of last resort, does
the Constitution and the system of law built upon it protect such people, ie
people with mental disabilities or other Disabilities from eviction into the street!?.

Because of Sick Building Knowingly Places people in position like this is a CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT.

www.MyHouseIsKillingMe.com !?.

Or shall we say that the laws which confer a right to evict, outweigh all
other law including natural law and common law? Natural law would accept
that all creatures naturally seek shelter from the elements. Justice applied
to natural law would not deny people with mental disabilities or any disability, the right to
use natural settings like parks for shelter when they are evicted into the
street, yet this is what is done in cities like Florida!?.

Some diagnostic categories carry with them 1/3 suicide
rates even under standard conditions in many cases. High risk patients evicted into the
street are being subjected to extra-judicial capital punishment. The street
becomes differential adverse treatment when it is administered for any
reason to someone with a mental disability and so on!?. because the likelihood is greater
(differential) that such a person will be "suicided" by the action Go FIGURE. Such an
administration of the street is therefore a violation of human rights laws
on all levels from provincial to international. Those laws protect the
mentally disabled elders and other disabilities, from differential adverse treatment. It is a violation of
equality rights to subject a mentally ill person elders and other disabilities to conditions which are
expected to have such grave consequences, consequences much less likely to
occur for other citizens.

The tragic story’s of many placed on the street for complaining about Mold Sick buildings highlights the cruelty and injustice in our
present administration of the street for at risk persons.

There was no due process of
law. There was no fair and public hearing; no commitment to the services
essential for people health and safety; no protection of our life and security
from conditions reasonably expected to imperil them. There is no "liberty"
to sleep in an alley. No law gives anyone that right and no law allows
anyone to force another into such conditions such as a Commissioner or Government organizations and so on!?. There are also criminal laws
which protect a citizen from treatment which may be variously described as
cruel, unusual, destructive, dangerous and noxious. With no crime committed,
without so much as a jay walking violation, I and many others was subjected to
extra-judicial corporal and capital punishment under administrative law. This is my 30 day Notice and I need all my belonging clean ASAP.

I have Never been able to put the Air- condition from the first week I moved in, each time I try, I couldn’t walk on my own with out help. Mrs. Wong did nothing about this problem to this day, until she received the 30 day notice I beg and reported this many times to her, you see to complain has meant evection. This put the people in a dammed if you do dammed if you don’t situation? the landlord only fixed the screens because of the 30 day Notice I need mold test done ASAP and the return of all Monies belonging to me and a Mold Free Place to move. the inhabitants of DTES hovels
"don't stand a chance". In some cases it is better to sleep in an alley than
a DTES hovel, infected with cockroaches, bedbugs, rats, mice and dangerous
human elements as well. We the people stand a better chance to preserve health and
life in an alley if not for all the Toxins coming from the Air-condition from most building Mostly NEW Ones. there's much more to this story over charged in rent by the Landlord again the people are dammed if you do dammed if you don't !?.

This should not be.

Thank You Kindly,

Elvira
