I agree with Barb about Pot but not for pain if I use it! it will only be to
help me eat or sleep and only doing bed time I really don't care for it. but
I can use help for something Natural I tried Sam-E but to me it was worse I
couldn't sleep it was like a speed trip. I need a good Doctor so that I can
get good movement I really would like to fine another way for Most Pain
meds I can't take.

but I do agree with Barb for many say it help them also red wine this too is
something I have never done Drank.
