into an E.R. because of unbearable pain it is a gamble whether some doctor
will or will not say: I won't help you. Or, I'll help you but just once.

I feel your pain On this one but we all know why this is such a problem

Thank You so much for this commit but I would like to book educated myself
so that I could writ a book that I feel can help many. My pain has tripled
because I both a bed that I had to depend on the store to do the right thing
because of my condition with Mold exposure. I was in so much pain over the
week end it left the top of my left leg very sore I ace all over. You see
my pain was caused first the Beverly Hilton Hotel I was a very Good Banquet
waitress but was injured and nothing was done about it this happen in the
eighties. Next I bought a Ford Recall 1995 Van the Breaks locked on me NAACP
was no help!?. Then in 2002 I was holding a sign at a Fundraiser Club Level
If it wasn't for the Officer with the black hair things would have been much
worse, never been in jail in my life I was talking to the Officer with the
Black hair when this happen freerepublic people cause this long story, I'm
sending another part of my story you see I live in HUD Housing disable.

Dear Mr. Goombs,

I have attempted many times to resolve this issue between HUD and
myself. I hoped that HUD would clean up their mess since it was them
that
approved me living in the apartment that was full of mold. Still they
act
as if I am crazy. It is a known fact that HUD allows their clients to
move into situations such as this one. Having a voucher should not
allow
HUD to have the right to make decisions that would cause a person harm
to their health or property.

As I stated in my previous letters, I have been living under HUD in
both Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale for the past ten years. Fort
Lauderdale is far worse and a change is needed. HUD's? inspectors need
to be
better trained! They need to know what to look for but because they
are not
trained properly, the tenets are suffering with their health. We all
know that there is mold in HUD approved houses, apartments, etc. Now,
what are you going to do about it?

I am sick in my body from this mold and I am sick of having to play
this tennis game with HUD to get them to do what they should have done
many months ago which is to have my belongings cleaned. I had to wait
for
HUD to approve the apartment before I moved in and since they gave the
okay, it is their responsibility to get this mold out of my things. I
have not asked you for an unreasonable compensation. I have only asked
that you clean my property and to find me a clean place to live
without
any mold. I have forwarded several notes from my doctors concerning
the
severity of me living in mold and the illness that I now have because
of it. No one has taken my doctors or myself seriously. As my doctor
previously stated, I need a live-in assistant to help me due to my
condition. A two bedroom\two bath apartment with tile is necessary for
me.

I have checked out HUD listings and the apartments that I looked at
looked like something in the "lowest of income" areas. Is this why
nothing
is being done to these apartments because you allow them to be listed
under HUD's name? If so, then shame on HUD. Shame on HUD, When are you
really going to care about the people. Right before departmental
changes\elections or must you wait for many others to suffer?

I would like to remind you of my story: I have been sexually harassed
twice in Boca Raton (police records are on file), effected by mold in
the Tennis Club 2, and I've overpaid my rent the entire time I was
there;
which to this day has not been refunded to me. You have record that
fraud has been perpetrated against me as well as the evictions that
are
filed on me while living under HUD not to mention I always have paid
my
rent on time. (I was told that HUD pays the rent late each month which
was one reason I believe I was evicted once before Or is it the
Mold???) I have now learned it was because of two people that work together
at one place.
and one went to work at Venice Coves where the Fraud was perpetrated
against me I feel like the
system has taken advantage of me.

Ms. Kay Baxter, HUD's attorney offered me $400 but that was not one
willing to clean all my property for that little money. If HUD can
find
someone who is willing to clean my things for that amount of money,
then please do so. I waited for HUD to come to my rescue but while
waiting
for HUD, I was evicted and my things were thrown out to the street. I
had no where to go. I could not do anything but someone was willing to
help me save some of my stuff and I am still waiting for HUD to have
it
cleaned so I can get on with my life.

I will continue to address this issue until it is resolved. HUD needs
to step up to the plate and do what is right. this is a long story I'm
now homeless & disabled.

I'm ILL and need help very bad to be removed from this Mold apartment Venice
Coves Apartment Manager perpetrated Fraud on my credit 11/02 it has hurt me
very bad and all the Mold evictions & Fraud by Boca Isle East Housing Boca
Raton Fl. Tennis Club 2, Bridgewater Place, Boardwalk Apartments, Florida
Rent Finders, NAACP pRESIDENT, 10 years of HELL under HUD Housing in Florida
and Legal aid is no help for the Poor Please I'm ILL and need out of this
Mold ASAP my Doctor has requested this many times in the past years yet I
live in Mold to this day Sleeping on the Floor because I don't want to loose
any thing more. This is a very long story 10 years of it.

I can't get and Attorney and it looks as if I will once again never get my
day in court Krissy Parrish has people in power I only have myself this is
what I mean by being uneducated and going against people in power living in
HUD Housing we need real protection change in the NAACP Legal aid and so on.
