Turns out I myself mentioned this to some other people in health areas on the telephone just today, and "guess what": in just about the same words you just used, and I actually said that I thought you would post this! 
 
And it is a fact.  But for your post today I would have referred to your materials on the list tonight or soon.
 
I think it would be great if you would tell us more now at your convenience ... and isn't it nice that the request that the injured and ill be considered in these discussions of the Disabilityh Convention are reaching fruition!
