Subject: [sidebar] Costs of medications when chosen freely = humilating on rights basis? and why?
Topic and contexts:
If anyone has a pension or socially-derived benefit at all, they are probably spending a huge chunk of it for medications that they'd choose to take if they could afford to.
For example, absent any insurance for co-pay/dr's visits, some turn to the Internet for the 'privilege' of paying maybe four dollars a pill for e.g. celebrex, for inflammation of arthritis which can keep someone housebound; already outrageously priced, the inflation for persons in desperation for access is appalling - see reports of many of indeed different ages going without medication to have money for food.
Is this not an outrage as to access, dignity rights, employability and education paths if rendered immobile?
