Re: [DisabilityParty] Re attitudinal barriers: A note from Sylvia Caras' appreciated' People Who' which seems pertinent here; with link.

Hi Sue:

On no particular issue, but cannot think of a  reason to generally stand silent when one speaks so well and wishes to and can; I think this note should copy per your request to the lists originally indicated in the post to which you responded, and am guessing that retaining the cc list caused some bounces back to your email address (?); we can cut out or down the cc list hereafter.

Best wishes :) LDMF.

Hi Sue:

So refreshing on a slightly slow and mini-muggy starting to rain afternoon.  These are profound and thrilling matters you put forth here and hardly for only a quick reply, but being online and seeing it - I feel I must reply with appreciation that these topics are broached here.  We will have to look at these themes over the long haul; you write beautfully by the way for which we also can be grateful.

Some responses:  One struggles internally and eternally with dualisms.  DId I react enough? Too little?  Should the romanitic be a little more classical and the classical a bit more romantic (those romantic classicists and classical romanticists we all know, and we may be among them)?  Is there a prcatical opr even ideal golden mean between two faciailly clashing positions? And indeed does it depend "whose ox is gored" before deciding what comprises silence (John Milton: They also serve who only stand and wait)." and what pro-activism?

Just some immediate, quite moved reaction to a quite moving and peircingcontributeions. SO much content in your post, I'm sure it will reach deep for many and also help us all confront issues of representation, agency, and comitment.  I personally am struggling with a legal instance where what by proof is patently false has been labeled substantially" true.  How to respond? How long to respond?

Sending cvery best wish, and sure to read your post over and over.  KeepumComing.  :) LDMF.
