As these topics are much abroad, insight is sought from those expert in these areas and input from all with thoughts or feelings on this, especially those who wish to see the concept of "mental illness" eliminated or altered. For instance, those who would like revocation or revision of human rights instruments referring to mental illness, including United Nations instruments(e.g. 1991)/documents, or who take exception to e.g. the American Psychiatric Association Diagnostic and Statistical Association Manual (DSM/e.g.IV classifications). . In particular, without anchors in these materials, one reads there strill can be concepts of mental illness. Further, without anchors in concepts of mental illness, there can be concepts of mental health. Accepting this in a 'no to force, yes to choice' culture, 'no to labels, yes to liberation' focus, what will be the new anchors for concepts, vocabulary, and communication. These queries are not voiced in challenge but to learn more and more from those deep into the subjects, who indeed can express them far better.
