In this moment there are a meeting with Ministers from 21 latinamerican countrys, in Lisboa. The idea is send to they all the signatures. The meeting is until tomorrow, then, is very, urgently!.

Is this request for signatures in support for(19) Latin American countries to have a program in electronic government - parallel to the European proposal for (21) countries to be centered in Lisbon, and to have multimedia supporting access by persons with disabilities? Is that close?
Please help out here as needed, and I hope we can sign; on the basis of reference to signing the petition for a latianoamerican accessible e-gov I'm going to try to surf there.
Also, if I am missing e.g. an available English translation, also, please forgive.

Caros amigos,
Hoje à tarde li na Lusa um artigo que dava conta da 7ª reunião
de Ministros da Presidência e Equivalentes dos 21 Países
Ibero-Americanos que decorrerá entre hoje e amanhã em Lisboa.
O assunto é Governo Electrónico (com uma forte componente
de serviços do Estado na Internet), definição de planos
nacionais e cooperação Ibero-Americana.
É o momento próprio para estender a iniciativa da acessibilidade
dos sites públicos aos 19 Países da América Latina, tal como foi
feito há dois anos a nível da União Europeia, durante a Presidência
Portuguesa da União Europeia.
Nesse sentido, montamos um petição Ibero-Americana que começará
e será ainda hoje enviada à Presidência de Conselho de Ministros de
Portugal para ter efeitos amanhã de manhã no decurso da dita reunião.
A recolha de assinaturas continuará pelo menos até ao próximo dia
13 de Setembro.
Tendo em conta o curtíssimo espaço de tempo peço a vossa
compreensão por eventuais falhas nesta iniciativa. Contudo.
espero a vossa colaboração a nível dos 21 Países Ibero-Americanos
para DIVULGAR e DINAMIZAR esta petição.
A informação para a comunicação social ainda está a ser "cozinhada".
