Greetings and good Sunday to all, and beyond. Welcome new members; feel free
to post intro's or just read for a while, or comment on any matters.
I forward this note as an 'exemplar' concerning a domain of activities of
which many here may be aware. The concern about drugs (prescribed
pharmaceuticals) grows, as the marketplace itself expands.
Being involved also in matters of 'choice', I am somewhat involved though of
course not a leader, regarding ECT (attended some hearings, both trials and
otherwise); sit in on some concerned observer functions where, ever,
self-determination to whatever degree practicable is a prime topic;
developing laws and social policies are discussed.
Here is surely an area where substantial stress precedes litigation. Any
comments or thoughts on what the litigants may experience, on either side,
in any mode?
Best wishes,
:) LDMF.
