12 yrs ago when they built this Serrano Country club.For the Elete Do gooders of the That could afford million dollar Homes. The developers,knew of this asbestos.and promised to monitor,the safeness,for kids and adults as well,Then the Electees/appointees of Eldorado County.Boards ,ETC..of Safety and health,Were all bought out,by the developers.And here we go again,with expansion plans.more digging,and more replacement and displacement,of a beautiful,but tarnished and unhealthy place for developement.I wonder myself.Whatever happened to the safety measures,in which the Eldorado County Supervisiors promised to supervise for health and safety for children.any idea what ever happened to those disintegrated plans Mr Chris Bowman,
