The Valley Club Pos Hetero Picnic

Info: We're having a picnic for all our pos hetero members AND YOUR
FAMILIES! Picnic, Paddle Boats, Fishing, Volleyball, Kite Flying,
Rollerblade & Bike Path on 27 acres of beautiful Park. The breeze on
the lake
keeps it COOL all day! We supply food, beverage and ice. You bring a
blanket or lawn chair and yourselves. This is a spectacular park on
Balboa
Blvd, between Victory and Burbank Blvd, less than one mile north of
the
Balboa exit of the 101. The busses that stop near the entrance are
the
164 (Victory Blvd) or 154 (Burbank Blvd)- Check their schedules since
it's a Sunday. Come early and enjoy all day. PLEASE RSVP for a head
count.

Hetero Hiv + BBQ/Picnic
When: 12:00 noon, Saturday, August 7th
Where: Mission Bay (De Anza Cove) 3000 East Mission Bay Drive, San
Diego

Info: We will be providing baby back ribs, chicken, and hot dogs as
the
main course. Please bring a side dish as well as the beverages of
your
choice, lawn chairs and/or blankets. Visit the website for any
particular question you may have regarding the Mission Bay area
(alcohol time
restrictions, activities, etc.) We are requiring that you RSVP so
that
the butcher has a head count of how many will be attending.

For those who are traveling outside the San Diego area I hope this
will
give you enough advance notice so you have the opportunity to make
hotel and/or flight reservation to attend the BBQ/Picnic as well as
if you
wish to see other attractions in the area (Sea World, San Diego Zoo,
Tijuana etc.) I will try to make accommodations in my home for Friday
and
Saturday (even if it is sleeping on the floor) for those who are
flying
in, if you want to cut down on the cost to attend.
For those who live in the area and would like to volunteer setting up
for this function please let us know.
