CAMPING!!! May 21-23, 2004
Where: Lake Murray, Oklahoma
(just 105 miles north of Dallas, off of I-35,
north of the OK/TX State Line)
Things to do: Hiking, horseback riding, biking,
canoe-ing, jet skiing, paddle boating, put-put, golf,
tennis, fishing, swimming, and just plain relaxing.
Here's an idea!!! Around 1 or 2 PM on Saturday we
could rent a pontoon boat for 4-5 hours and party on
the lake! Paul can pilot the pontoon boat - yeah,
Paul! After that we can have a cook out at the
campsite and even a marshmallow roast by the campfire
and do what we do best...talk! (be sure to add in
your RSVP if you like this idea!)
Lodging: Tons of options here... All different types
of Cabins and tent grounds (see below)
Be sure to make your reservation with Paul including
your lodging preferences and roommates by Friday,
March 12th! Ideally I'd like for everyone to bring
half of your lodging expenses to Paul at the next
meeting March 20th - so we don't put him out on a
limb. If you need to wait until April at the April
event, that should be fine to.
Other good information to include is: if you require
electricity, if you have tents, sleeping bags and/or
extras for others. What can you pitch-in?: games,
food, a big vehicle for transporting us up there.
Could you go early with Paul to help us lock in prime
campsites? Campsites are first come, first serve.

Lodging (continued...)
At the very least we were thinking of maybe one 8
person cabin and one 4 person cabin unless the RSVP's
indicate something different. Paul will also check
with the Marina staff to see how far in advance we
would need to reserve a Pontoon Party Boat.
