(My opinion here) - If you don't need medication for your job and you
don't feel you need/want to "improve your brain", why would you
struggle with this at all? Don't take them.
I don't think Ritalin will make any improvements. I think YOU can make
improvements, if that's what you want.
The point is, you CAN improve your brain ("Change Your Brain, Change
Your Life") but I think medication by itself is insufficient unless you
are engaging in a program with intention and support.
There are lots of programs you can employ - neurofeedback,
psychotherapy, various movement therapies, support groups, 12-step
groups, self-education, medications of various types, homeopathy,
acupuncture... who knows? I myself am only at the beginning of a
possibly long journey into this.

i personally can't see the point of taking it when I not being hammered
with freaking paperwork and forms at work and school.
