Hmmm.  I'm not very comfortable with the idea of diagnosing a 2y/o with AD/HD.  As a clinician with more than 10 years working with AD/HD, I have not actually seen a benefit of "diagnosing" a child that young.  That is not to say that I would not be willing to hear more about the behaviors/symptoms demonstrated by the child (the 9y/o, too).
