My doc who interrogated me for a long time before giving me the Ritalin LA didn't mention anything about it.  He told me to hang in for the first few days before my body adjusts to it.  I'm supposed to take it everyday but I don't like feeling addicted so I take it every few days.  But I am getting this bizarre dry mouth feeling even on the days I've not taken the meds.  My mouth is not dry but it feels dry like I licked a roll-on antiperspirant.  I've been taking b-complex drops for a while...way before I started the meds.  I say, unless the doc is on it, chances of him/her knowing much more than what the studies note are nill.
