This is just a heads up if you are not familiar with the group.

There is no privacy here at all, it is public. When you post to this
forum you are sending an email to over 200 members, and the post
stays on this board forever. Those who are up for a chat will
respond to you but many people just use this group for news and
reminders of support group meetings. (You will get these reminders,
don't worry.)

Also, your instant messenger addresses are being posted, and may
attract computer search engines that look for addresses to spam. So
you may get lots of junk email and IM's this way.
