I've used Concerta too... I think it's a great drug as far as Ritalin-type drugs go... I never experienced dry mouth problems... I guess I never realized it was a potential side-effect. Sounds annoying, however.

Actually as a very short introduction -
College student, going to College of dupage, live in wheaton. Found
out/diagnosed with add....last winter, medication wise, concerta worked
wonders for me, except for the side effect of dry mouth - which was
incredibly negative, given I'm on the speech/debate team. Currently off
concerta, trying other medications. I would however like to try out
neurofeedback to combat the ADD.
