You may also want to try Dr. Carl Jackson. He also returns his own calls
and he asks you things like "what does excellence feel like?" because so
many physicians are concerned with getting people to a functioning level
and the people don't always say anything about going from functioning to
excellence because functioning is so much better than they were doing when
they started in the first place. He has an office in the Illinois Masonic
