Hello my name is Holly Langsdorf, I am a student at the University of
Northern Colorado. This semester I am in a research class that
focuses on an online supplemental program designed by Scholastic. My
group chose to focus our intentions on a very underrepresented target
market, children with disabilities. I am excited that our team was
approved to tackle this issue since I myself have a child with
disabilities and I realize how neglected our plight as parents is in
society. In doing our research we need to collect data. We have
developed a short survey that asks no personal identifying questions
but is relevant to our study. We hope that you can take a few
