Here is Juli's bio:
Juli Brown, owner of In Balance Organizing Services, hasworked for more than 16 years helping people improve their lives andget organized. She began as a licensed clinical social worker, and nowassists her clients as a professional organizer. This uniquecombination of professional education and training has helped her todevelop a client-centered and nonjudgmental approach to help herclients identify their goals and find solutions best suited to theirunique situation.
Juli founded In Balance Organizing Services in 2004 andsince then has been assisting residential, home-based businesses andsmall business clients to get organized. Her approach is based on thephilosophy that being more organized can help you reduce stress,increase productivity and create balance by freeing your mind, and yourtime, to do what you really want to do. Her background as a socialworker, along with her organizing expertise and training make heruniquely qualified to assist her clients in getting organized andcreating balance in their lives.
Juli has a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters inSocial Work. She is a member of the National Study Group on ChronicDisorganization (NSGCD) and has earned multiple Certificates of Studyin issues such as chronic disorganization, basic ADD issues with the CDclient, hoarding and basic mental health conditions and challengesaffecting the CD client. She continues to pursue her education andtraining in the best methods and strategies for helping people withissues around chronic disorganization through the NSGCD.
Juli is also a member of the National Association ofProfessional Organizers (NAPO) and the Chicago Chapter of NAPO. As amember of NAPO´s Quantum Leap Task Force, she has volunteered her timeto conduct workshops on time, paper and financial management foragencies serving low-income clients.
