hello richard,
i had kind of the same problem. my doctor had to send in a pre-
authorization form to my health care provider, and it took them almost
a week to approve the medication.
i was on adderall for several years and in the past year.. my i became
tolerant to it and it stopped working. and the doctor i was seeing
didnt want to do anything so i got another one.
