Having problems with message search?
May is National Mental Health Month. To help educate and encourage
people to seek assistance, Insight EAP LLC will be offering free
screenings for AD/HD and/or Depression. If you or someone you care
about is in need of a professional opinion in this regard, now is
the time to to take a step in the right direction!
Children 8-17y/o will be screened on Wedensday, May 9th, in our
Park Ridge office.
Adults 18 and older will be screened on Thursday, May 19th, in our
Chicago Loop office.
Please call, 312-933-5510, for more details and to schedule a
screening. You must have an appointment in order to be screened. No
walk-ins can be accepted.
