Chiari Connection International (CCI) was created for those who suffer from Arnold Chiari Malformation and related disorders. Related disorders can include: syringomyelia (SM); basilar invagination (BI); cranio-spinal instability (CSI); intracranial and intraspinal cysts; tumors of the cerebellum, brain stem and spinal cord; spina bifida (SB); hydrocephalus; pseudotumor cerebri (PTC); Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS); and various connective tissue disorders. And possibly some not yet even discovered!

Chiari Malformation treatment has come a long way in the past 10 years thanks to surgeons and researchers who have dedicated their time to discovering why symptoms can continue to be bothersome, even after an apparently successful decompression surgery. This new understanding has led to a better quality of life for thousands who suffer from Chiari Malformation.
