No, the way you calculate your chart is only based on the birth chart and
location.
When you want to figure out how the transiting planets or Sun are
effecting you,...
you look at the Sagittarius rising...
So, for example all the Virgo ness I've been talking about these last
few weeks, must still be influencing you through your 10th house of career.
