I would like to find out information on this chart:

MOVED TO:

If Sagitarrius was 29 degrees Rising, would that mean that TAURUS
becomes the new rising sign?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Would love to open a
discussion on this subject, as well. I have studied astrology for
20 years & like to have discussions about it with other learned
individuals.

Ran this chart for you. I get actually only about 4 degrees Sagittarius
rising so I'm not sure what Jyotish program or Western that you're using?

But, yes the 29th degree of any sign is right on the cusp of the next.
But, at the 29th degree of Sagittarius wouldn't then go into Taurus, but
Capricorn, which is the 10th Sign.

Sagittarius is the Ninth sign and Capricorn the 10th.

ps... also want to say there's an aspect of Jyotish which has to do when
one is being born on the cusp of any sign, beginning or the end and it's
called the bhava chart!

That looks at what happens if you're on the cusp and in fact creates a
house exactly 15 degrees around that exact moment of the rising.

So, if you were born at the 29th degree/Sagittarius then the first house
in the Bhava system would be 15 degrees of Sagittarius down from the 29th
degree which would take you to the 14th degree of Sagittarius...
and then the other way, the first house would range to the 14th degree of
Capricorn.

I believe this in fact, the Bhava chart is really the most accurate
Astrology chart, Jyotish has!
