Hi. Sorry to hear your condition has advanced. Mine has too but I
will say the cervical epidural injections had a remarkable effect on
the discomfort that was running down my arm. My next step will be a
myelogram with CATscan and then, maybe, surgery. But, like you, I'd
rather not have the surgery.

I like Val's idea of reiki. I haven't tried it but I know others who
swear by it.

Are you able to switch doctors? Do you live in an area and have
insurance that enable you to have your choice of specialists?
