Just so I'm understanding correctly, Val...you knit while you are
sitting at the computer and looking the screen? It makes you take
your hand off the mouse when you're not using it? Interesting idea!

I need reminders to keep my arms low, as raising the left one
aggravates the neck and 'jazz' running down that arm. Maybe there's
some hand occupying (mind freeing) craft that's easier to master than
knitting? Is finger stiffness part of this ailment too? Oy vey!

I find that knitting helps me keep my fingers active and prevents them stiffening up, it also keeps my hand off the mouse when I am at the computer cos long...

Hi Yes I knit while I am on the computer and have a headset so I can be on the phone at the same time :) You could try those wrist strengthening things that...
