I have a "crunchy" sound in my neck most of the time. It does get sore, but not really painful. The nerves in my feet and hands are affected. Mostly in my right hand, the fine motor skills have been affected. In the morning, when first getting up and moving, the top part of my foot and ankle area are painful. My foot feels like its flopping until I've walked around a little. When my neck has been strained, loud noises feel like they're running up my neck on a wire. The main thing that bothers me is the clumsy feeling in my hands when doing everyday activities. Some days I have no problems. Several years back, before being diagnosed, I was having cold sensations in my legs, as though an ice cube had touched them in different spots and then removed quickly. That only lasted for a month or so. My doctor was puzzled and said to see him again if it continued, which it didn't.
