Hi, Gloria: That's a good question. I've also wondered if the condition can stabilize or actually improve. So sorry to hear about your discomfort and pain :=(   I have spondylosis and a herniated neck disc pressing on the spinal cord. My neurosurgeon says that the disc can heal on its own. A general practitioner recommended Glucosomine Chondroitin since the neck is a joint. I started neck exercises and the supplement a year ago and my neck is stronger.
