Sometimes I have sciatica but it's from an injury that predates the
cervical spondylosis diagnosis by over 20 years. Those herniated disks
just come back to haunt ya!
That injury, at least, responded to physical therapy.
The neck problem seemed to ba aggravated by PT. So my doc cancelled
the PT. And the last epidural injection didn't get results so
insurance won't pay for any more.
The cervical pain, for me, seems to die down when i don't do anything
to aggravate it. But if I reach overhead (hanging laundry to dry) or
carry something the wrong way, neck pain and the radiculopathy
returns...running down my L arm and into my hand. Ugh!
