Hi All,

One of my mentors used to say, you have to send mail to get mail. The
same applies to online discussions. You have to post messages to get
messages.

It is not enough to post a question. You also need to share what you
have learned. How has Cervical Spondylosis changed your life? What
have you learned about being treated? What have you learned from
others? What meds work best for you? What meds don't work at all?
What are your best methods for coping?

There are real people at the other end of this discussion. They are
not computers who respond to questions. For real knowledge exchange
to take place a dialog has to take place.

If you haven't posted a message in a while, let everyone know how you
are doing.

Sincerely,

Max
