Re: Pain in lower back

Good to see some activity again in this Yahoo Group!

Maybe you 'overdid it' during the move, possibly pulled some muscles
or (yikes) ruptured a lumbar disk.
No Sciatica pain running down the leg I hope?

I know that pain can radiate and be 'referred' but none of the doctors
or therapists has warned me about the possibility of the spondylosis
actually spreading. How awful. Something new to worry about!

Pace yourself on the ibuporfin, btw. It is not without side effects.
It damages the liver (...or is that acetaminophin? One is hard on the
liver, the other is hard on the kidneys. And naprosyn nearly sent me
into anaphalactic shock. We just can't win!)
