My stenosis has moved to my lower back and have had nerologists tell
me surgery or live with the pain I chose to live with it as I don't
want to have alot of surgeries to cause more pain. Hope you find some
relief I also take Norco for the real bad times and have been to pain
clinics etc. I have good days and bad. But make the most of the good.

I have cervical stenosis and about a month ago I moved. Well to make a long story short I got this terrible pain in my lower back. Could hardly move around....

I have a herniated neck disc and spondylosis from a fall. Luckily, I don't often have lower back pain except when I've had to lift or push something heavy....
