Hi im Liz and i live in the UK.  I ws diagnoses with cervical spondylosis about 5 years ago now.  I take regularpain killing medication and use Magnetic therapy neck colloars to help eaes the pain.

 

Im hoping that someone can give me some more advise on how they deal with the constant pain of this condition.
