Thanks so much to everyone who has participated in my study
of cancer and quality of life! I am a student in psychology at The
Ohio State University and if you haven't yet participated, I would
very much appreciate your help. I am part of non-profit research
project dedicated to improving quality of life for cancer patients
through innovative cancer research. I've developed a brief, web-
based survey of cancer and quality of life, available for anyone with
any type of cancer. Please take a few minutes to participate! I
want to emphasize that this study is anonymous and there will be no
way of identifying who participates in this study. Participating
will not affect your relationship with The Ohio State University or
the Stress and Immunity Cancer Projects.

The IRB protocol number of the study is 2006B0079, and the principal
investigator is Dr. Barbara L. Andersen of The Ohio State University.
