I recommend you change doctors. Immediately be tested for high risk HPV strains 16 and 18. Be tested both via vaginal and an anal pap. HPV strains can be in both areas as the tissue is same. Be a forceful advocate for your health and take charge. If you tested positive for both or even one of these strains if it was I I'd insist on getting a hysterectomy. If pregnancy is an issue have a child ASAP...but putting off this critical health decision is a life and death matter. Andrea (3 year cancer survivor)
