Lost my wife to cervical cancer   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #520 of 1420 |
On 1/25/04 at 4:15 a.m. my wife expired and the cause of death was
cervical squamous cell carcinoma (stage 4B). We first learned she
had cancer on 1/1/04, what a way to bring in the new year. When the
doctor told her she had cancer and it was terminal, she suffered a
stroke. I understand this is common.

She didn't have a chance. The cancer had spread to her bladder,
colon, and to her lungs which is always fatal.

We were married for 37 years and we were inseparable. I miss her so
much. I'm 61 and for the first time in my life, I am living alone
and this scares me. I only have one sister and she is a perminet
RVer and I don't know where she is plus she changed her phone number
so I can't call her. My deceased wife has a brother and a sister
and neither have been thoughtful enough to even send me a sympathy
card.
