I would say that you probably do have time to pursue your fertility if you want
children. Don't panic and rush into a decision that you can't change later.

Actually carcinoma in situ IS a cancerous condition. It just isn't invasive cancer. Carcinoma means malignant tumor. Pre-cancerous cells are called dyplasia...
