Does anyone know the course of this cancer at this stage?

My wife (59) had a total radical hysterectomy May 20th. The
radiologist said no too radiation, and she has 6 weeks to two years
to live depending on her response to chemo. She has responded well
after two treatments. So what does the two years mean?
