Having problems with message search?
Hi Dana,
I'm Gail. All my paps were normal until dec '07. No one can explain why everything was normal then bam. "You have invasive cervical cancer" I was in total shock. I was diagnosed with stage 1b1 back in Jan. '08. I was supposed to have a radical hysterectomy but they left 1 ovary. So I guess it was a partial. Then in surgery they messed up my femoral nerve, which led me to not being able to drive for 3 months or walk that well. Anyways, everything turned out a-ok (knock on wood). And I can drive again.

Hi, I am new to this group. I was diagnosed with stage 2b cervical
cancer after a history of routine normal pap smears. I would like to
talk with anyone else who has experienced a cancer diagnosis after a
history of normal pap smears.
