Iv had a cliant come to me for a consultation and i have found her BP
to be high 175/113 so i need to refer her, to her doctor. has any one
got a template for a letter for this sort of thing they could let me
have a copy of please. Because i am not that good at wrighting formal
letters and i dont want to come across the wrong way to the doctor.
