What's in your fitness Studio??   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #803 of 894 |
Hi everyone,

I'm looking at a 1200 sq ft space to use as a fitness studio. I'm recking my brain trying to figure out the best equipment to have inside the studio. I do not want any "heavy" equipment such as treadmills, weight machines, etc. but rather stability balls, hand weights and the likes. I'm doing personal & small group training in the studio prior to 4p.m. at which time I'll be leaving out to do in home training so that I can open my studio up for more rec fitness such as Hip Hop Ballet, Bellydance, etc. too many ladies within the community are driving 30+ minutes to take these classes so their is a strong market demand. I need easy to move equipment that can be stored on the walls.

Any suggestions? I've looked at GymCor & Power-systems websites so any others would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Wasiah
