Thanks so very much for your suggestions. I will certainly include
them in my exercise regimen. I can't do cardio vascular exercises due
to medical reasons. Thanks again!!!!!

The rowing machine is absolutely great for cardio and it doubles as a full body exercise as well. Plus there is usually no one on them at your typical gym. ...
